Apart from her fashion and beauty empire, Toyin Lawani is renowned for her beautiful and ever glowing skin.  Though there has been a lot of talks about how she got her skin to be so flawless and bright, the fashion mogul debunked the general notion about her skin, when she spoke to Videowheels Lifestyle. She clearly stated; “ I do not use chemicals on my skin, I only use natural ingredients, there are so many edible ingredients you can use to brighten your skin and make it look good”.
Toyin also admitted that she puts in a lot of hard work in getting her skin to look good as well as maintaining it. However, if she was using chemicals as popularly believed, it would have been very obvious. When you meet Toyin, everything about her is natural and clean, unlike people who use chemicals on their skin, she hasn’t got dark knuckles/elbows or feet. She has a well-blended complexion that chemicals can’t pull off.

For this complexion beauty treatment, follow these easy steps;
#Blend 1 medium size cucumber with 1cup of cranberry juice into a fine paste.
#pour paste in a small bowl and add 4tablespoon of glycerin with half a teaspoon of turmeric
#mix well, then set aside
# Take your usual night bath with warm water.
# Rub paste all over your skin in an upward motion.
# Let the paste dry, put on an oversized t-shirt and still leave paste on the skin all night.
# Rinse your skin in the morning with warm water, then take your usual bath with cold water.

According to Vogue; "there is only one September Issue, and there is only one BeyoncĂ©." So, it is only fitting that the fashion glossy has chosen Queen Bey to grace the cover of the year's most buzzed-about issue". So after much research and experiment, I've been able to come up with a beauty regime that will help you get that flawless skin, which i call THE BEYONCE GLOW!! Lets get down to business; here is an easy Beauty Tip on how to get THE BEYONCE GLOW!!! I hope it works for you cause its doing wonders to my skin.:-)


THE BEYONCE GLOW 

All you need; A warm bath, a nice moisturizing soap, sea salt bodyscrub ,  a clean towel, a bowl of cool water and a bottle of virgin COCONUT OIL.

Step 1- scrub your skin in a circular motion with the SEA-SALT-BODYSCRUB and rinse with the WARM WATER(make sure your skin can tolerate the hotness of the water)

Step2- after  step 1, take your regular bath with the remaining warm water.

Step 3- pour a bowl of COOL WATER all over the skin after step 2

Step 4- dry your skin; patting it with the clean towel.

Step5- the final step, apply the VIRGIN COCONUT OIL all over your body including your face and neck( you can use the sea-salt scrub on your face too but mildly)

After the final step, put on your most comfortable night-wear and sleep.

In the morning you'll certainly look better, shinier and glow like Beyonce.

Do this twice a week for effective results, and make it part of your beauty regime.

TONED AND FLAT!

Getting a nice toned tummy is not an easy task, but at the end of the day, it’s definitely worth it! 
Today I’m going to be sharing cool facts about losing tummy fat and getting that toned abs.  I must say, it’s going to be tiring and requires determination. 
 Fact 1 
Reduce the intake of ice-creams, chocolates and carbonated drinks(beer, soda etc). These foods stuffs and drinks, contribute to   having a big tummy. It’s high time you drop-kick them out of your diet.
Fact 2
Always eat little portions, get a small bowl and measure your food with it.

Fact 3
Don't eat until you're overfull. When you sense you're getting full, stop eating, it’s as simple as ABC! Though it’s easier said than done, you still have to try your best!

Fact 4
After 7 pm its best you don't eat anything heavy with carbohydrate (rice, yam spaghetti beans etc), the only thing that should go into your mouth is water, green tea, fruits, (watermelon, pineapple, cucumber or pawpaw, preferably), vegetables and very light food (fish, soup etc) 

Fact 5 
Drink lots of water and munch regularly on fruits. This is enjoyable, worth it, eases bloating and promotes regular bowel movement. 

Fact 6
It’s important you tone your abs muscles by engaging in abdominal exercises to firm up the region. You could lose the fat but you have got to put excess skin in place. 

Fact 7
Be patient and persistent, you're not going to get a toned tummy overnight. Place a picture of a well toned flat tummy on the wall to motivate you.

All these look scary and unattainable, but if you put your mind and back! Into it, having a big tummy will be a thing of the past!! Enjoy and Good Luck!
